Another Suspention by the Sad Twats at Purestorm..

What you guys and gals need to be aware of is that the purestorm team have a number of fake profiles set up just to catch people out. Yes they probably do read PMs but they couldn't possibly read every PM sent every day, so what they do is set up false model profiles (usually but not always with adult ticked), this allows them to see who is contacting models offering what. If a profile looks like it may be iffy then leave alone. I know for fact they do this as one of the moderaters told me. This was done as the result of a suggestion by the member bob, the one who is there 24/7 with an opinion on everything, the anonymous moderater.

There is a thread there in models general chat just now that was started by Lauren Langley asking a serious question about rates which has run now to around 50 pages (yip, 50 f...ing pages), the replies have had nothing to do with answering Laurens question and it`s basically 50 pages from a handful of people all slagging off others. There is a Ukrainian model who has been ganged up on and had some disgusting abuse thrown at her and ok she isnt the prettiest picture on the wall but she don`t deserve what is being thrown at her, it is cowardly and nasty by keyboard warriors who have nothing better to do and get a buzz from it. Thing is, others have been suspended and booted off for much much less. So is one rule for some members there and another rules for everyone else, if you're part of the gang you can get away with anything. JaneWeiss has been so bad on so many various threads, as has Kris, but do either get booted, do they hell and never will.

I am a member on purestorm but am just very careful, never ever have psoted ever on a forum and am careful what models I get in touch to. Just use the site to get in touch with models and nothing else, stay out of the politics, avoid the playground, keep head down. The site is badly run but it does seem to been fast growing when other sites are dying or died and there some pretty good models there if you can spot the wood amongst the trees.

Cracking suggestion that from Be-Seen-Here and wonder if that could actually happen with the amount of people pissed at purestorm, they could all get together and at the same time bombard purestorm with new profile set ups upgraded to paid and then do chargebacks, enough chargebacks and purestorm would be in the smelly stuff.

it happens to the best of us. i got suspended last month for sayin i do BG lol lol guess no adult work is allowed to be mentioned which i dont get as its a MODEL SITE not GLAMOUR SITE. BG pics i understand but FECK why cant you write it??? surely purestorm arnt prudes....

Thats why its better to give your custom to sites that support the level of work you are looking for. Glamourfinder is quite similar to Purestorm, Adult Industry Resources looks like it could have potential - if people support it. There is also the Laura Lee directory which is very extensive.

But, purestorm DO support the level of work I and many others are looking for. They have an 'adult' work option. I have always stuck to the rules on purestorm and only contact models for solo or g/g and only models who have the adult listed on there profiles or who indicate they are or may be interested in the higher solo or g/g levels.

Why should those who seek higher levels be made to go elsewhere? What are those running and moderating purestorm afraid of? do they maybe just have dislike of those who pay and want to be paid so they can abuse new models.

Lara Lee is an agency and an agency that do not reply to emails, NOT a model listing site. AIR just doesn't have the quantity or calibre of models. Glamourfinder i had never heard about until today.

You don't have anything to say though about why you allow some members on purestorm to say and do whatever they like, to bully others and throw disgusting cowardly abuse around, yet you ban others over the slightest thing, why do you have one rule for some and another rules for others?

I really should make this clear- I don't represent Purestorm in anyway.

I have always been very pro Purestorm but cannot understand this new rule about models or togs over promoting themselves

I'm also on Purestorm and was reading that same thread as Stockie. I wholehearted agree with what Stockie said.

It virtually turned into cyber bulling by the two mentioned in the thread. I felt shocked and sorry for Lauren Langley because she was made to apologise to a tw*t called Kris who just bullied her. He seems to think he's God's gift to photography. If it had been in the workplace he would have been booted out.

The other underlying thread was a model who again as Stockie said was bullied because her English wasn't that brilliant. Again the people who bullied her were allowed to get away with it.

I've worked with some great models off there and I want to do a couple of more shoots. I'll have plenty of time the car company I work for is closing for 4 months from February to the end of May. But I'm wary of putting a post on there now. Mind you that Kris doesn't live that far from me!!

It must have got to hot for them to handle it was deleted as I was half way through reading it!!!
