We know that the bgafd list is incomplete - it is mainly from information in the book I mentioned and Sheridan also says that his list is also partial. So the fact that the title is not listed does not mean that it is not Mary.

Just got around to checking out Taboo/ Karl Ordinez "Oh! Nurse". The colour on my copy is so washed out it is hard to tell but I agree, it does seem to be MM in the lesbian scene. As you say, Sheridan, in his excellent book, does not claim that the hardcore section of his MM film listing is complete
