Free Newsreader for Newsgroups

Dear All

I used to be able to use the link to alt.tvx as per the credit page- and then suddenly I couldn't get the pictures!

I then read in a 'Teach yourself The Internet' book about a free site at , and I downloaded something called FreeAgent, totally free of charge.

Anyway, I now seem to be able to get all the pictures from that site, but have to go to the other site for the text messages!

What the fuck it is all about I don't know, but if any of you guys need a free Newsreader I hope it helps you out.

I've been using Agent (the registered version of FreeAgent) for over 6 years and recommend it as a friendly, configurable news and mail reader (with free upgrades).

Having said that I don't quite understand what your particular problem is. Presumably you've set it up to connect to a particular newsfeed in which case it sounds as though the one you've chosen doesn't carry a full feed.
