The cover-girl for the 1st issue of New Talent was a girl from Barrow-in-Furness called Rachel Brill-Edwards.
I,d like to know if she's done any films or if there are any films out there with Barrovian women.

Not heard of Rachel but the surname Brill is familiar.
Louise Brill, British Glamour Model who may be from the Reading area, appeared in the 1995 Miss Wet T-Shirt Competition and also in a few TV Series in the 1994 to 1998 time frame. Has also done TV Advert voice overs and the website which details the participants in British TV Adverts implies she's possibly done harder stuff than pure glamour.
Jennifer Brill had a pictorial in the November 1974 issue of Mayfair when she was age 20. Mayfair said that she was from Huddersfield. Maybe Rachel is her daughter...

Rachel Brill-Edwards is from Barrow-in-Furness and is around 30-31.
As well as appearing in the first issue of New Talent she was a centrefold for Penthouse at the same time.This was roughly '95-'96.
