Certainly the porn industry in the US has some really powerful enemies, with resources and contacts to enable litigation against pornographers. So yes, they will indeed "Tar us with the same brush", because by doing this they can bring the industry down in the end.

MH provides the ammunition for their crusade, in that a jury made up of normal people would almost certainly find his material obscene, whereas these days, "Normal" porn is not frowned on so badly.

So the establishment can use him as the flag holder in their crusade against us all.

Yes Joe, of course they do. But I think the point that Jimslip is making is that the "bible belt" and other assorted "do-gooders" have a great illustration in MH and thats all they need to get on their own (powerful) bandwagon and tar everyone with the same brush. They would also argue that even if there are "decent" pornographers at large, its better to save one sould from MH and his ilk than allow all the rest.

It is my belief that it is in fact, "Normal" people who are becoming the new porn consumer, ie, the consumer that is actually willing to pay!

People always like to joke about priests being into alter boys and this stereotype is becoming as bad as black people eating watermelon and chicken ( a crass comparison, but apt)

While you may display the intelligence to know that Joe...a lot of people still see all pornographers as being from the same sleazy mould who would snatch your darling innocent daughter from her bed and turn her into a crack whore before the week is out.

Its about time we redressed this balance and have people think that this porn thing is normal and can be conducted in a civil way.

It was a progression for me Graham.

Yes I liked porn and was flogging it and met a lot of customers and got my start with a guy who gave me a camera to film him with another couple who were customers of mine and then I made a slow transition over a couple of years.

It was never my ambition to get into porn as a full time career. It just gradually happened.

I was quite happy selling my movies out of the back of my car boot, pure guerilla style until I got to know other blokes doing the same thing and we traded and sold each others home made movies. I forged some good friendships business wise. Some I still hold to this day!

I was the only one out of that bunch that progressed into making anything out of it. I guess you can say Your Choice launched me to any kind of recognition as I was winning the bonus prize all the time that it got kinda boring so they took me on after meeting me in Brussells and next you know...Bam! Here I am.

As for performing in them..this I did out of necessity as the guys I was using back then were taking the piss because they knew I needed them and realised my dick worked just as well too so no tonly was I neck deep in this but balls deep too.

There was no turning back now. I'm a lifer for sure now.
