o/t 'Erotic' images not pornographic
Re: o/t 'Erotic' images not pornographic
'It's easy, Johnny: you just put your lips together and blow'? was from "To Have and Have Not" ... and yes, Beatrice Dalle doing just about anything is, for me, the epitome of erotic.
Agree with Bill about Bodyheat and Wild Things.
As for Mulholland Drive... one of the greatest films ever made... forget the lesbian scene (Sorry! Is that heresy for me to say that here?), but what a story!

...and it was Bacall, of course: Bergman was Bogie's co-star in 'Casablanca'.
Re: o/t 'Erotic' images not pornographic
Missing the point, I think: that was just sex, cf. the erotic charge between John Garfield and Lana Turner in the original.....
Re: o/t 'Erotic' images not pornographic
....or as a nurse, in 'American Werewolf'......I think the trick has to be to find scenes/images that are not overtly sexual or about sex, which are nevertheless (unintentionally or intentionally) erotic.
Re: o/t 'Erotic' images not pornographic
Some of you may know all there is to know about porn, but when it comes to classic b&w films... dear me! You obviously spend too little time watching BBC2 on Sunday afternoons!!! lol
It was Ingrid Bergman (Isla Lazlo was the character) who was in Casablanca, not Lauren Bacall! The "whistle" scene was in To Have and Have Not (as I stated earlier) made in 1944. It was Bacall's first screen appearance, and eventually led to the two marrying.

Like a bit of Bogart myself - but sadly my movie watching is largely restricted to mob movies and Westerns so I can't help much here - tho the lass in Red River always took my attention

I'd like to nominate the scene in Cool Hand Luke where Lucille, in a skimpy dress , supposedly washing a car, accidentally covers her ample breasts with soap suds and reaches just that little bit too far over the slippery bonnet whilst pretending to be completely oblivious to the fact that she is turning on the already sweltering members of the nearby chain gang (one of whom is played by Paul Newman)
