You have a duty of care, which you cannot negate. Your responsible for STI, Injury, Death etc. Also for ensuring the talents safety.

You can put into a disclaimer that all reasonable steps are taken, and a copy of the procedure can be obtained and try to limit your liability but thats all you can do.
