Yep. You've just committed the the tort of inducing a breach of contract right there. You really should check with a lawyer before opinionating about the law. It's a mistake to let some personal animosity to BB [who have never given you cause so far as we know] to direct your utterings about such things.

That's all fair comment. But it's missing the point that we DO grant permissions all the time. We've just allowed the Twins to do a fetish shoot for a small producer, for example.

The current list will be valid, in terms of 'bookable only with permission' until mid-2009. Some girls dates will vary. They each of course know themselves. And all a producer has to do is email Elle Brook.
It is not money down the drain if other adult producers respect the contracts. And if they don't that's fine: we'll recoup the loss from producers who knowingly breach the contract.
