To be more specific, its called the UKAP Summer Barbecue which really means its about video producers/ members of UKAP and new producers who are not part of UKAP yet but may consider joining.

We know who they are because of their presence in the business and here on this site.

If we widened the net and included agents, photographers, artists and webmasters it would be a sell out three times over and wouldnt be very productive for producers to network for all the other people "hogging the girls"

Models, Producers and new producers who are not members yet we would expect to join us for the meeting earlier that afternoon.

When the chaps at beer and bollocks get together I believe that is a webmaster only event except for maybe the odd invited outsider.

I hope this clears up any misunderstanding.

Thanks for providing an explanation OEJ; it's appreciated that you took the time to do so.

I have a vested business interest in networking with models (both existing customers who are likely to be present and potential new ones), and wouldn't put myself into the "public" category as it's intended in the context of this event.

Trust therefore you didn't mind me posing the question.
