Nothing to worry about as film titles cannot be copyrighted, and besides, we're not exactly the first studio to use a title that was already in circulation. A mainstream example, 'Crash ' was used by both Paul Haggis in his award winning film and also originally by David Cronenberg in his 1996 twisted drama of the same name.

For the record, we came up with the title, loved it and designed the jacket before someone alerted to the other movie, by which stage we were already going to print.

All that aside, we think our film is better. !happy!
