I agree with Rob,

It is sometimes easy to forget that the success of Killergram is all down to the hard work and personal sacrifice that Anjali, DiSanto and Don Roobles have put into it, and it's certainly a great company to work for..

I was fortunate that Don Roobles was the first person I emailed when I decided I wanted to give it a shot at performing and even luckier that my very first shoot was with Anjali, and I was made to feel welcome from the first time I met the team..I always have a great time shooting for DiSanto who has always been a good mate as well as a great producer..

It's good to see a positive review and equally positive comments..

Yes Andy I agree, a special thanks has to go to Don Roobles too for introducing me to Killergram, and of course we had some of my best dogging missions together!!

So I feel I should just say thanks to him also for all he's done for myself and my Husband...Hope you're still finding lots of new girls for your dogging shoos! xxxxx

Its certainly a great site, the content is brilliantly shot with fresh ideas, the models are gorgeous.

I just have an issue with the customer service , which is a shame because poor customer service really can spoil what otherwise is a great site.

Have to stress my issue wasn't with Anjali or DiSanto who have always been helpful. What was said in the email I received was accurate but the way it was said was the problem and has meant I haven't re-joined.

Get the customer service right and your site will be the best porn site anywhere on the web. I had the same issue with danni.com from the US and the difference in service was staggering. They sorted the issue out for me despite the fact that it was an error on my bank's part, they sent me an apologetic email even though again they were blameless. What I received from Killergram was an email pointing out how wrong I was and the way it was said was very aggresive. And I'm an affiliate aswell!!!!

I always thought there customer service was great.

I emailed the tech guy (sorry cant remember his name) at Killergram/Killergrams host when they first went live as i seen one or two problems with different things on the site, i have to say he responded very quickly each time and also moved quickly to correct the issues on the site, so he was very helpfull.

Also posted a message on here once moaning about one of there content updates to the uncovered sites and Disanto emailed me back telling me the reasons why etc and that they would be back to normal the week after. They really didnt have to considering the reasons. But it was a nice touch :)

So my experience has always been great when contacting them, however ive never had to deal with the billing side, which could be different people.

It was the style of the email that got me, just a very aggressive style

It started with "If you had bothered to check ........ " Never a good phrase to start a reply to a customer, not alot of good places to go after that line!

I stress again, the mistake was mine and my bank's but still its not the way to deal with a customer. The same message could have been delivered so much better. It disappointed me as the site is excellent but I don't feel I or anyone else should be spoken to like that.

But we move on, it certainly shouldn't stop anyone else signing up, the content is great, fresh ideas, new models aswell as alot of our faves. Maybe this email I got was a glitch, someone on a bad day

Well, being too skint to join the site or buy a DVD of my own, I borrowed a mate's Babes of Killergram DVD and thoroughly enjoyed it, a few small niggles aside.

Not keen on the camera angles used for some of this and there's too much oral for my taste, but the girls are stunners. Definitely going explore further titles in the near future.

Why are you getting involved??? You have no idea what the circumstances are? I brought it up because feedback is necessary, companies get better due to feedback, good and bad. If no one ever brings up the problems how do they get better?

Secondly, the problem was that I moved house, the bank didn't update my address details so my card failed on re-bill. All I did was ask killergram why my password didn't work (It had failed a month previous due to a hitch on their site, hence my question!) My reply was aggressive

I sent the same question to danni.com, who replied in a very polite way, explaining the problem and what they could do to help.

Same problem, two differing attitudes, guess which site I renewed with?

But again, unless people let killergram know, they can't do anything to help. I worked in retail for 20 years, customer service is everything!!! Danni.com have been at the top now for nearly 20 years, wonder why?

Killergram as I have said before is an amazing site but emails like this will hold them back.

And as I say again, I fail to see what it has to do with you be-seen-here?
