Just to say on the German news a short bit about the US ejecting 27 models mainly fashion and mostly Eastern European and a couple of Germans,because they did not have valid work permits.Do you think this will mean Chanta et al will return

The US is tightening up on work permits generally - its been mentioned on Luke Ford etc - basically it is affecting East European models particularly. As to the Brits we must wait and see - personally I hope not because everyone has to earn a living!

I presume that the tens of thousands of Hispanics without permits of ANY kind is a problem beyond their wit to solve, then.
So a few E Europeans get victimised instead, then.

I spoke to a couple of US snappers and video people who were quietly amazed that so many Brit girls get away with it.
They're trying to bring in girls from Brazil and get zero joy from the INS in terms of work visas. Plus, it's too big a risk for the companies involved to just bring the girls in on tourist visas and then risk the fallout afterwards. And we're talking about the big production houses, too.
