As for the BBFC thing it could go either way, like R18 DVD British people think straight away 'censored porn' & think of European & underground amateur films as real porn. Its fucked up film sales in this country big time (hence the 'tame' porn label) so i don't think many would opt for a R18 label on their site. Because of this the BBFC might then at a later date try to enforce the rule being the money grabbing shites they are & producers will then simply use their overseas friends to host from abroad, go for it & have lots of fun....

Correct - It will be interesting to see if adult websites who go through the BBFC Online process see there custom drop. I guess they will!

Why because it will be soft, tame porn. The BBFC will ask for certain scenes that they don't like to be deleted. Example: solo peeing would be accepted, however I think (there eyes) any peeing that involves two people (even if consented) is not because it's degrading.

If you are happy with tame b/g porn and don?t have any issues with free speech (+ the internet being one of the last outlets of freedom) then fine join the BCFF and become part of the establishment.

Of-course, the government could disrupt IP address's so we all can't access certain sites.

As for anyone in possession of an extreme image, adult or non adult, well we may as well lock up 2/3rds of the population.

I think the moment a BBFC logo is seen on your site you can bet people wont bother. Who wants to look at porn okayed by the government which although the BBFC is an independent body, it will always be seen as an administrative division of the government when in fact it is not.

The point I'm trying to make is that the mainstream non adult companies will make sure its here with their support and the powers that be will try to find new angles to build their cases against what is percieved to be "extreme porn"

Mr One Eyed Jack ? I agree that mainstream non adult companies will make sure it?s here. They already go through a process of classification so the extra process for internet classification will be just part of a whole where they can recoup their costs via internet download sales.

Extreme porn is a bigger question: defined in the Criminal Justice and Immigration Bill as acts life-threatening acts, or acts that cause serious injury to the anus, breasts, genitals, acts of necrophilia or bestiality. So any website with anal sex, breath play, ball busting, bondage (if for sexual gratification)watch out! I?m sure there are some people out there who would like to extend the term ?extreme porn? to reproductive sex only:)
