You seriously think the USA make good porn films these days?? They're complete and utter shite! Same old formula in every film, same type of girls, same type of steroid pumped up men. Granted, in europe they make excellent porn films and the reason behind this is they make various types of films and don't bring out a hundred volumes of stuff like fill my ass full of cum type bollocks which the US does. In europe they have the intelligence to think up different scenarios and use very attractive and smart looking women. They always have done. The standard of UK porn depends on the censors (BBFC & offending bodies) because they do restrict what we do, us & the US are tame compaired to Europe who are able to produce & sell what they make with ease e.g. water-sports invovling 2 or more people, S & M, Fisting, bondage & lots more.
With the guidelines we have i think we do brilliant but underground porn in the UK still sells well because its not sanitized so people think they are getting the real deal, As the UK goverment relaxes its stranglehold over producers films will look like our cousins overseas.

On another note...Extreme porn doesnt necessarily sell any better from what I've seen in the distribution game. I could drop names but that wouldnt be fair.

Like the good ol days when one could scrape a few quid more for VHS tapes compared to dvd. Extreme porn was considered something that bit naughtier like spanking and BDSM which could fetch more money but its volume sales never compared to anything in the mainstream. It sold a lot less but made up for exclusivity and was way more likely to get you nicked if you were that unlucky.

Porn is tame by your definition because that's what most people want.

The mainstream is always the biggest share of the market, whether it's TV shows, music or porno.

The jaded consumer (and the jaded producer) might be looking for new thrills but most people want to see attractive people having attractive sex and having a good time doing it.

I am jaded. Ive spent a lot of time in this industry. Ive forgotten who made who..me making my porn ..or the porn making me.

Ive seen stuff that made my toes curl. Now I make stuff..Im interested in stuff that makes 'most people' look up and react. I try.

Nowt wrong with girls stating their tame levels. If they get hired then its all good. personally I'm not a big fan of girl girl as it is usually done by girls who are gay for pay and have no real interest in the girl they are working with.
