for myself, i had an inordinate amount of aggro making my first purchase from 'bubble girls' - not their fault as it happens but that of the bank concerned, which refused to process my credit card. tina, who dealt with all my queries, was very patient and charm personified throughout the entire saga. for that reason, i stuck with it and eventually received my dvd!

unfortunately, when it arrived it emerged that the dvd had elements missing from it that were explicitly promised in the 'bubble girls' up. this was duly acknowledged by tina and a compensatory dvd was offered and despatched without delay.

in my experience, the quality of a site's customer servive is best evaluated when things go wrong, not right and in this respect i can commend bubble girls.

Oddly, in all this discussion (just caught up with it), nobody's questioned the original assumption - that Bubblegirls doesn't ship to the UK. This is wrong. I've had a dozen DVDs from them, they've all arrived within a couple of days.

I confirm that their customer service is incomparably good. They did have a bit of a problem with mastering some of their recent batch of releases but they resolved that; one of my DVDs didn't work properly, they acknowledged the problem, eventually remade it, and when they sent me a replacement they sent me an extra title as compensation.

I certainly don't think their girls are especially beautiful - but what they're exploring is the intensity of orgasm, and the ordinariness of the girls experiencing what is often beyond the ordinary is really part of the point.
