I will defend this by saying, if the guys thought they werecoming down for a friendly shag then this is not the business of them doing it professionally.

Amateur shoots is fine but a lot more professional companies need reliable woodsmen on the day and to be honest, if guys are any good then they can deal with any manner of "psyching" out thrown at them. Regular male stars would have blanked all that and got right into it balls deep.

Like the army trains soldiers for killing, the adult industry trains porn stars for drilling! Shagging on camera takes a certain kind of flair. Its hard to see detail with most normal folk but pros have to make it look natural for the camera to see the ol in and out in detail...a basic fact that is oft overlooked with newbies.

Personally I have praise for everyone that took part and I'll admit there was no vetting procedure as mostof the producers there that day didnt know most if not all those guys and they came down to show everyone what they can do.

The answer to waynes question with regards to looks: Well, there are a few examples ithe industry already where male looks are not a priority. Its all about wood and if you can get it up,get it in and shoot!

A good educationfor all those pub guys that think it is easy.Whether you are a producer/performer or a jobbing stud there is a lot to remember.As well as getting it hard and having an awareness in front of camera you do need some performance skills.Also as a producer there is soooo much to remember on the day of a shoot.A further caution to any guys out there.On one shoot I was in pain,later found out it was a slipped disk,subsuquently Mr.Woody nearly left the building,but luckily everyone rallied and we got something out of the shoot and the model was great about everything.Usually I can be a walking hardon.The guys in the film are really lovely people,Goerge,Karlie and Wendy is a legend.Well done guys.

Whats all this talk about me being jaded and cynical recently? I'm anything but in my opinion.

Sticking to specifics I stand by what I said. Producers are looking for people who can do the job not for guys who want to make love to a porn star.

I guess you are right Alice after 700 scenes you could say I have seen it all and then some which gives me the experience to know when a guy should just admit he might be Mr Superman lover off camera but cant hack it for a professional company.

Besides I specialise in dealing with regular people all the time but speaking for companies who want a certain level of professionalism is what really seperates the men from the boys so to speak.

Accusing my matter of fact approach to it all is a bit low and unfair I think. These guys never came down on the day to do an amateur gang bang party. They want to work for all the big companies here and abroad.

Do you ever wonder why no one bothers taking on new guys? At least we are giving blokes the chance to shine and being smoochie woochie and softly softly is not a good indicator of a guy who is going to be reliable for everybody to work with.

Ok I am probably jaded and cynical when it comes to new guys getting into the industry but when you have seen plenty of guys talking the talk and not delivering you soon just accept a lot of blokes cant show and prove.
