O/T Excalibur Delivery Times question

It wasnt Buttsie who used the word "disingenuous" in any case.

I can see Dibbles point of view. I suffer the same problem in my job. Certain unreasonable clients are constantly ringing me and the people I work with demanding progress reports and appointments to come in and speak to us which takes up so much time it affects our performance. I am sick and tired of whinging people who think they are the only client we have and because they tie up so many man-hours with pointless questions they cause delays for every other client. The ones who sit back and wait get a good job done and quickly. The other bastards who are the bain of my life are usually on the phone twice a day demanding progress and as a result they get peoples backs up and get lower priority for being selfish whingers.

Having said that. I work for a small firm under pressure so I have little simpathy with big companies wether they be banks, insurance companies or US porn retailers.
