I'm assuming from what you've said here, that both the photographer and yourself each have the exact same sets. If so, then I'm really puzzled as to why you would've chosen to have done things this way !confused!.

With a content share shoot, you should be sharing the content equally but so as you don't both have the same sets. So if you say shoot six sets, then you get 3 and the photographer gets 3 and neither of you can use the sets that the other has, this way you both have exclusive content and everything is completely fair.

Regarding the problem you're now faced with, trying to both sell in the same place, I'd agree that the fairest solution would be to reach an agreement with the photographer so that you just simply split any sales, but of course it all depends on what agreements were made at the time of the shoot(s).

Hi Roy. it sounds very much like this is way u guys do things nowadays - and sounds a much better idea.

in the old days we shot one set and both parties had copies. i think alot of people still work like this and this is obviously where the problems come in.
