totally gutted!!

joined and signed up for hotbox.tv on strictly broadband

last week was fantastic, brilliant!

went to watch it on friday for the sexy lolly badcock and i get a drm message and i cant watch it!!!

ive tried for the last 3 days to watch the two live shows that ive missed but no luck

has anyone else had the same problems with windows media player???


help urgently needed

Hi Vinny please visit the support page on strictly broadband sound like you need to activate your ticket !!
dont worry you wont miss lolly as the shows she was on are being rerun over christmas and she will be live again as a regular in the new year

I Too have had the same problem, get same message, ticket looks activated too....have sent out email to support, still awaiting response.....

yes i have activated ticket

looks like a digital rights management problem!!???

bought a few other films and they work fine

i activated a 7 day ticket rather than a one day ticket and it now works!

I bought a job lot of 10 tickets a couple of weeks back, and added 7 day ticket last week with no problems, activated a 2nd 7 day ticket on sat....and now nothing DRM issue....so still no access.....yet still no feedback or acknowledgement from the site......so by the looks of it, gonna lose 3 tickets for a weeks viewing, that am not going to be able to view lol.....a new meaning to something for nothing should now read...nothing for something lol.....

have you contacted strictly broadband ?
i can asure everyone that the site is working correctly we
have hundreds of subscribers with no problems
but have no fear if your problem persists we can help with phone support from strictly and a reissue of your ticket

I have indeed been in contact with them, there other titles work ok, just strictly TV thats not working......they replied back, but still awaiting to see if there is a fix for the hotbox live feed....was OK last week, just wouldn't and still does not work from Saturday onwards....
