You would be better hosting them on your own website, that way you have control of them, thats the easiest way :)

With web space as cheap as it is (about ?5 a month or less!), I can't understand why professional people on here are using photobucket, imagehosting etc. !confused!

Visit something like powerstorm.net, setup an account, and use it JUST to host images and video on for forum posts.

Ask your webmasters to throw up a copy of coppermine or something similar so you can put images and video on the web for linking :) It will take them about 5 minutes to install and setup.
