Given the damage Chlamydia can cause, I'd find it surprising if it was not tested for. And if someone is knowingly working when they have it, well, as a humble punter I'd be shocked.
Think you're right to raise the subject, Emily.
Chlamydia NOT on certs???!?!?!?!

There have always been dodgy certs around Emily nothing changes so you are right to be weary, for the Charing X certs you normally get a seperate sheet for each test but some of the private clinics put all the test on one sheet and as some of the private ones charge for testing each std then not everyone would have a Chlamydia test where at Charing X you get the lot for one small fee.

Emily,
Across Europe, the USA and in the UK, everyone needs testing for all std's apart from hepatitis (though most performers get their jab and have written proof of that).
Chlamydia is probably the most common transmitted disease in porn right now, and if someone tells you they've not got tested they're bullshitting.
I'd also tell the photographer/director/organiser of the shoot to 'do one' as well because they weren't professional if they were willing to let the guy work without a valid certificate.

I can understand your worry.
Just because the guy has worked with a load of girls doesn't mean he's honest.
I would assume that it can't be that difficult to fake certs if you wanted although I don't know why anyone would be daft enough to.
Chlamydia is always tested for at sexual health clinics, whether NHS or private. If you have any worries regarding your possible exposure to chlamydia, I'd suggest you go to your GP and they can retest you for free (without giving you a cert of course).
Don't ever feel silly about questioning someone's certs, its responsible. Women can be left infertile if left undetected and it often has no symptoms. Anyone working in this industry knowingly exposing other performers to it seriously need their head checking.

All certs that I've ever had done from the NHS have always come on NHS Letter headed paper. So I would be dubious myself!
