Hey, thanks for that mellow response, the trouble with forum postings is they are like text messages, people each pick up different meanings and messages from single sentences....

Yes, I do understand your comments about Jamaica, I myself am constantly telling people that it is not a giant Marley video and a lot of people find it hard to accept that country music and gospel are probably as big on the radio as reggae and dancehall!

As for Strictly Broadband, i.e JB, he is not American, he is actually English but a lot of people have misunderstood certain aspects of his contributions.

Take it easy and check out the footage when it is released!

Peace

I have to say i agree with Gemma.

I think sex and the body is natural and want my kids to know that but at a time i choose to tell them .... not in a town centre during the day in full public view. Thats why there are laws on public decency, its to protect minors..... duh.

I cant see how it was a spur of the moment thing as they seem to be dressed to flash. The whole thing is a publicity stunt, and that goes along with other posts ive seen mentioning names of those who are blatent self gratifying, self publicists with low morals on this site.

We all love porn, but try to keep it right place, right time. If you have kids, would you like a man to strip of in front of them whilst your out shopping. Every decent mum knows the answer to that is no.

Excuse me, I thought this was calming down! So you are accusing us not only of indecency but of being liars too! For the last time, this was not staged by anybody, it was something that happened on the spot, there were already models dancing in less clothing than us and we did not flash our pussies! There were in fact a lot of Mums and Dads watching, with their kids and they were laughing, so stop being hysterical about something you did not even witness...I am sure those parents would have acted if they felt anything bad was happening...Those kids saw nothing more than they do in loads of holiday camp shows every night of the summer and what they see on top shelves every day of the year...Are you sure Gemma did not ask you to back her up!!!!

And all because this lady loves steel bands! Get over it!

In Amsterdam, the red light district is in the middle of the city. It's not JUST a red light district - it's a place where people shop, live, hang out and do business. In the afternoons, you will often see Mums walking their kids home from school, past windows in which women sit wearing very little. And nobody cares - the girls, the Mums, the kids just carry on with their lives like normal.

In Holland, Spain , Germany and elsewhere you can stray on to hardcore porn on TV by flicking the channels.

In the US, topless sunbathing is illegal on most beaches. You can be be arrested for it. Why? To "protect" children, preserve "public decency" and "morality". Somehow, British and American children have fragile little minds that can be blown by the site of a naked breast, and Dutch children are a little less delicate.

America has the highest rate of teenage pregnancy in the world. Britain has the highest rate in Europe. Thanks to "morals" and "decency" we are terrified of our human nature. We still bring up kids who think that sex happens in a different universe to the rest of human activity. Hardcore porn was only legalised a few years ago in Britain, because idiots who talk about "morals" and "decency" run our newspapers and get elected to parliament.

There's nothing moral about "protecting" kids from the facts of life - it's abusive.

Well, it really wasn't all that spontaneous was it?

Judging by the earlier posted pictures. You were walking around town in broad daylight, wearing porn clothes, shooting "flashing" stills and presumably video. Whilst doing so, you came upon some dancing girls and a steel band and continued your shoot. It wasn't like you were out playing lawn bowls and just stumbled upon this scene and happened to be packing your fishnets and heels.

I can see the irony of this moral debate on a board dedicated to the wonders of porn, but I do believe in the certification system and feel porn should be available to adults only. With a reduction of the age to match the age of consent and available on TV with a pin protection system.

If someone wants to protect their own kids mind, that's their choice and I think it's a bit inappropriate to get your bangers out in this situation. So I think the lady was quite right to be mad and voice her opinions. It's a public street after all, the same way this is a public forum where we can all voice our opinions.

In no way did I think Gemma was being racist also.

That said, as an adult, I wish I would've been there to have seen it. And, lets not call my home town a "boring British City" again.

Thanks for a measured post on the subject - but I think the apparently sensible statement you made above is a dangerous one. The problem is that you'll always find someone who is offended by something, so you end up going down a very PC route and censoring everything that might upset anyone.

Some people think that women should cover their breasts. Some people think that women should cover their hair, legs and shoulders. Some people think women should cover their faces. Either they're all right or they're all wrong - I don't see a sensible line can be drawn halfway.

Public nudity should be a right. Do you want to see streakers and naked sunbathers harassed by the police because some Mail-reading idiot thinks tits and dicks are "dirty"?

And don't worry, I have no plans to get my willy out in public - it's my right to cover up if I want to. !happy!

This is getting stranger and stranger to me...Come on, do me a bloody favour! How many 'flash' type photo shoots are included in 'certificated' DVD'S and top shelf porn mags every week???? It is a standard tool of the porn business and yet I can never recall seeing it debated with such moral intensity on this board ever before...In fact I cannot ever recall seeing it being debated here at all....

At the end of the day if you wish to extend this into a censorship debate, by all means do so, but I suggest you do some historical research first. Try starting by studying the William Burrough's 'Naked Lunch' Trial from the 1960's and then actually construct your evaluation of porn's role in society...

I would be interested in absorbing your conclusions...

Ask yourself why it is okay for kids to be taken through the famous Art Galleries, where they can study as many fully naked life size depictions of women as they wish...And why it is okay for kids to be taken all over Europe on Nudist beaches....Why it is fine for them to go to countless pop concerts where female acts clothe themselves in all sorts of fetish based costumes and gyrate in sexually suggestive routines for two hours non-stop....Why is it that our kids are allowed to enter and experience such mind-twisting arenas of decadence and corruption???????? Why can shops like ASDA sell T-Shirts aimed at 6 year olds reading 'Future Footballer's Wife'????

Yet suddenly people are getting their knickers in a twist over two, no actually, four models dancing suggestively to steel band music on a Sunday afternoon in Birmingham. Bloody Norah!

Mate, porography exists to not only titilate but to challenge the bizarre and gratuitously selective 'rules' and 'laws' by which we as citizens, are forced to accept the moral codes and enslavements of a relatively small ruling elite. Codes created by a collective 'authority' (comprising leaders of the church, Parliament and a handful of Public schools), that for a thousand years has eagerly practised every type of sexual perversion, one can imagine behind it's own cloak of hypocritical spunk-stained respectability.

The question regarding censorship, is not how far do you go, but how far do you go allowing others to decide what is good and right for you to consume....

The people criticising Louiza and Lala on this thread need to do some serious thinking. This is a serious subject....

If you make it that way!!!

I'd like to point out that nobody from our camp has ever stated that the woman did not have every right to object...Of course she did, but she did not 'object' she swore and used insults which were judging us as women...The big crowd of people who cheered us have just as much right as her to support entertainment like that, if they choose, have they not?
