advice on testing

Im fairly new to the industry and need some info/advice getting certs. Ive seen full screening ?198, is that reasonable? How often would i need it done? How long do i wait for results? Are there any good clinics in london? Appreciate any advice...

?113.00 at medi-lab.co.uk in Manchester and that includes just about every test possible and they are also quick.
