Hi Folks,

I am wanting to change my current webhostng service so I can utilise php more. Can anyone recomend a reliable hosting service that allows adult content which is fast and relatively cheap, unlimited email accounts would be handy as well (or I would just do it myself).

It depends what type or server you want really, but I can recomend velcom and I have heard good things about powerstorm both are adult content friendly

Kevin at Powerstorm is great ,and though a small host they have almost 24/7 support. They saved my bacon a short while ago, when one of my sites was hacked at another host and brught down. He had me uploading at Powerstorm within five mins of signing up and we were still chatting on the phone.

I can highly recommend godaddy.com
I have a dedicated server for my site giving me a limit of 500GB bandwidth and 10GB of disk space! All for about ?20!
The service is excellent aswell for someone who knows what they are doing (unlike me) its probably even better!

Go Daddy are perfect for your set up but for a full blown adult site the cost is a lot higher. Also, Go Daddy have a bad name amongsr adult webmasters. Here is an example:

I wouldn't recoomend them to anyone after many horror stories over the years..

Is that a Dedicated or VIRTUAL dedicated ? because thats VERY low for a fully dedicated server, but aboyut right for a virtual dedicated server

I have a second site setup and my dns all ready to go and can change to my backup server in a few hours

Can you already script in PHP or are you learning ? if your learning and need a hand, let me know im not the best but im getting there

Do you think your site may do more than 11 gigs a day ? If so Servages 330 gig a month are broken down to this daily allowance.

Always check a host is Burstable thats how burst.net made their money about 7-10 years ago when i started doing "l337 h4x0r" sites

My current server has 300gb and i can use it all in 1 day, however this is bad if you get DDOS'd as it will sap ALL your resources
