Out of interest can you also covert videos to DVD for private clients?

I don't mean amature stuff but films (Ben Dover etc) that were purchased in video format before DVD was available.

I only ask because I've a small pile of vids I need to get rid of (for space amongst other reasons) but I don't wont to lose them fully. I want to covert them to DVD if possible.

I know you can buy things that will do it but would I'd be interested to know what you can do it and your prices (if it's possible) before I go down that road.

Also if I did it using a company would it affect copywrite even if just one copy was made for personal viewing?

To be honest that's what I was thinking and my reason for not doing it.

I asked after seeing other threads about it. The one thing nobody mentioned on them was the copywrite.

Actually If you have bought the stuff you are perfectly entitled to make a copy for your own use. A copy from a legally bought VHS to DVD is absolutely fine. The same goes with copying a CD that YOU OWN to have a spare in your car etc.

I Can make DVDS. Drop me a line if you want this done. It is perfectly legal as long as you own the original and the copy is purely for your own use.
