Premiere Pro help needed asap

Post by laralatex »

Hi,
B4 shooting goes ahead tomorrow (tuesday) I need some quick help if anyones up.
If you wanted to blur out a number plate on a car say (which is moving/or static) how would you do this in Adobe premier pro. Is it an effect called blurring or another name? I need to know at this would effect how the shoot was shot.
P.S I cant stick tape on the number plate, as I specifically need to create the effect?
Any help greatly appreciated.

I once did a shoot and had to blur out the faces of a couple of guys, it was a pain in the arse cos i had to do it frame by frame, it took days to do, that was with the old version (6.5) I havnt had to do it with pro so it might have changed.
