Not overkill US companies we sold to in the mid 90's wouldn't buy without the video declaration, photo ID and release so it has been around for some time with some companies in the states.

Good point. You could argue that it is essential to have evidence of the date of the shoot. That is what you are trying to prove - that the model was over 18 on the day of the shoot! You could shoot a 17 year old girl and get all the photo ID evidence together a year later! I'm surprised more hasn't been made of this...

There was a case were they rulled if the content is illegal in the UK but hosted abroad it is illegal if it is uploaded from the UK I tink they see it as when you upload it from here you publish it from here.

I don't think anyone really knows what is legal but I don't think the police are really gonna be botherred busting someone for running hardcore websites you wouldha thought they have their hands full catching the child porn people.
