IMO you do what you can handle doing for the price. 'Extras' should not be treated with an "...in for a penny, in for a pound" attitude. You either stay professional or you become a disrespected slut. It's your call but I know what I'd prefer my (model) partner to do.

my names mckenzie lee....i've done alot of scene's and nobody has ever asked me to do some of the things they have requested of you,generally when being booked for a scene you are usually informed that it will be an anal scene that will include x number of guy's/girls that they might require some bj/gagging action and they would like the scene to be quite heavy duty,they may even request some solo girl b4 the scene begins as an introduction for that you should expect to be paid about 300-400 hundred minimum...
For all other activities like water sports,double a/ treble a you should expect between 500-700 hundred as there are very few girls that can or will do this....
ie me personally when i was fairly new if asked to do water sports and double a in the same scene(i do not do double anal anyway) i would have charged around the above figure mentioned...
as for extra's this is very unprofessional of any company to ask of you and personally would tell them where to go!!
