The 'net and it's potential as a market is to be embraced rather than feared. If you're a talented photographer with good contacts then you'll still have a market, just the medium will change.

Likewise video. Surely the potential market for video via downloadable movies or whatever is the correct terminology is massive and exciting for videographers. Why subscribe to a heavily regulated, softcore satellite tv station if you can download decent quality video from the US or Europe via your computer?
