I don't give out models private addresses or details, period. With their permission I may forward their e-mails.

I have every e-mail I have sent in the last 10 years on the computer, including any permission to forward info.

All my data is stored on the server in Holland, so not subject to the Data Protection Act.

I do not keep any information other than the Names Adresses and photos. I do not even keep their ages or vital statistiocs. If they are over 18, then I may have an address, if not I do not deal with them, that is all I need to know. I don't need the statistics while I have eyes.

You're not exempt from European Data Protection act just because you store your data in another country, you're more likely to come under both English and Dutch law - and the Dutch law is stricter than that in the UK.

If you keep nothing but name, address and photo - then you have no way to prove how old the model was when the film was produced should DOJ come looking (unless you have records in the US that are different), and you're guilty until you prove your innocence.

Beat me to it. I was going to say that 2257 doesn't require address, but does require DOB.

If you have shot the models in the UK and they are UK residents then you are liable under UK data protection laws...

To everyone else..

A lot of models careers could be ruined now.. It will be open to all that they're not really 22 but 30+... LOL
