Hi again,

Just wondering if anyone is going to be out in LA Mid May to June? I'm going out at some point and was hoping for a Brit to help me find tea!!

If you mean real drinking tea, take a packet of PG Tips as American tea isn't that nice - that's why I stick to the coffee or beer. Hermosa Beach & Manhattan Beach are nice places and safe to walk, with some good eating places too. Don't buy beer in supermarkets or gas stations as it's weak 3% - go to a Liquor Store and it's real strength 5%.

The traffic on LA Freeways is lighter than normal at the moment because of a Freeway Shooter on the loose - 9 shootings and 4 deaths in the last few months. Petrol is a staggering $3 a gallon in parts of LA, they're outraged !
