I for one don't think there's enough promotion of the films in this way in the UK although probably legal issues of where and how you can sell almost certainly control that.

The yanks kick our ass in promoting their product like this and I still remember with great fondness a holiday in Los Angeles some 4-5 years ago where I bought signed copies of 3 films from the likes of Kylie Ireland.

She was drop dead gorgeous and very approachable too.
