Looks like a combi version. Maybe someone will get hold of a copy and tell us : -)

Looks to me like some outtakes from the same session but they didn't appeared in other parts.

There are so many different versions/edits out there I wouldn't like to
be as definite as you are. If you care to do a write-up from your copies
that would be greatly appreciated : -)
