I think the db entry refers to the VHS volume number. As you may know,
the 2-in-1 DVDs have different numbering - and occasionally scenes are
differently-ordered or even cut.
I'll pass this on to our 'Laetitia expert' for oomment...

This is most definitely correct. Patty Rouge appeared in volume 5 of the series when it was originally released on VHS. She was credited as Patricia.

I have not seen the DVD re-releases so I can't comment on whether the original number 5 was released wholesale as number 4 on the DVD re-release or whether the number 4 on the DVD consists of a compilation of scenes taken from different original VHS releases.
