Yes same "Helga" in cover #1: REIF FUR DIE RENT
but that is a evidently a compilation which most likely contains the same scene
as in the TONNEN movie linked by Marcel (at least some of the small thumbnails examined seem to suggest).

Concerning titles from BB-Video one can say: In many cases movies that last around 90 (or less) minutes are originals and longer films (120 and more minutes) are compilations. Of course, there are several exceptions.
