Hi, been looking for this movie for a long time, you are my last hope: It is German, saw it on VHS around May '98 so possibly released 96/97? Description scene 1: group of women 24-36 yrs of age on a boat on a river in bikinis spot a group of young guys on a nearby jetty and meet up grouping into pairs/threesomes as they walk up to a house shouting the name of a woman who greets them at the top of a staircase.
