This may sound like a long shot but maybe someone here could guess it.
I once watched a movie, it was softcore on VHS quite few years ago. The story involved a male character a gigolo and visiting multiple female clients at same time at times in one house and entertaining them by strip dances etc. In one scene he dresses up like a policeman , drugs a woman and impregnates her in her room upstairs, he also makes a film of this . The woman thinks it's her own and tells her husband about her being pregnant. the same gigolo man somehow lands a pool clearner job at her home also and kills her husband by throwing him in pool and electroucing him, maing it up like an accident. Somewhere in end of movie while he is having sex with the woman's friend near pool she recognizes him and he immediately kills her by throat while having sex with her. Any idea someone has what's the title of this film probably american i think it would be.

Softcore movies on VHS probably ceased to be mass marketed by the mid-late 1990's. If smookin rented/borrowed it, there must have been something in the box cover that peaked his interest. What?
That type of description would seem to strongly suggest an American movie (male stripper, impersonating a police officer, etc). For instance if he recalls the man was impersonating a police officer at one point, the look of his uniform would clearly establish whether it may be americam or foreign.
That being the case, and if it strongly points to an american movie, and a softcore one at that, why should such a request be made here?
I would suggest he undertake a more extensive analysis by way of Google as to what softcore movies are out there in order to locate the film in question, like the following site:

place where David Duchovny and Denise Crosby cut their teeth.

There were a number of soft-core actresses that appeared in the early 1990's in soft-core movies by Gregory Hippolyte Brown (who did porn movies under the name of Gregory Dark) and others: Julie Strain, Delia Sheppard, Monique Parent, Michele Brin, Tamara Landry, Shannon Tweed, Shannon Whirry, Ashlie Rhey, Tane McClure, Nikki Fritz, Griffin Drew, Tammy Parks, Gabriella Hall, Jennifer Burton, Landon Hall, Teresa Langley, Ava Fabrian, Lisa Boyle, and a host of others.
A lot of these soft-core movies and series were shown late night in such cable networks like Cinemax and Showtime in the 1990's, but by the end of the decade the soft-core movie cycle had ran its course.
Quite possibly the movie smookin is describing may be one of those, but to find it will be quite a challenge.

It was Shannon Tweed I was thinking of. IIRC there was often a 'crime' element
in her stuff. The other Shannon was far easier on the eye.....
