At this rate of message exchange (one month turnaround) it will take forever to possibly resolve this puzzle.
The picture is small and does not show the man very well (who is further away from the camera). It may be an important clue in trying to establish whether we may be talking about a US or Euro scene or web site (especially if no one has a clue as to who the girli is)
It may be the only picture you have, but how long have you had it, where did you find it? It must have meant something for you at the time to want to download it and to ask about it here. What was it?

Claudio may be Italian-born, but I have only seen him in US productions (IAFD lists about 300 movies and the majority of them are US titles).
He may have appeared in some Euro productions (like the 3-part DER CLAN) by I think the majority of his porn work has been in US movies.
I never regarded Claudio as an Italian performer in the strictest sense of the word.
I must beg absolute ignorance as to whether Claudio has had any substantial porn work in Italian movies, and whether he is regarded there as a native son in the same vein as Rocco Siffredi or Omar Galanti.
