I may be confused with something else/another movie, but the screencaps remind me of an incest-themed movie probably featuring Angela Gritti.
But I think the movie is probably not older than a couple of years.

I did not say nor suggest she was Angela Gritti. I am quite familiar with the latter.
For some reason I associate this movie with an incest-themed movie ALSO featuring Angela Gritti. I may be wrong in that assumption and I may be mixing up movies in my mind. From movie credits and box cover credentials my vague recollection is that it was difficult to establish that performer's ID.
I don't believe she has made a ton of movies.
But the movie is quite recent and it is Italian, of that I am relatively certain.
