To be honest: I expected this response.

But yes, I'm 100% sure that it is Cindy Carrera.

The problem is that there are no gallery pictures from her early 90's appearances. For some of them look here.

Well, after seeing those pictures, I agree that it could be her. (Obviously, that scene must be from her very early days.)
