Hi Everyone
Remember me, the guy still waiting for his dvd(down the hatch) after 5 WEEKS!!!
vidshop emialed me 7 days ago stating that they will reply to me within 7 days via email regarding my NON DELIVERY and that if i reply back within those 7 days then my email will be treated as spam mail..sTILL NO reply..looks like they can not get their email to be perfect ASWELL as there SERVICE...I AM TRULLY PISSED OFF WITH THEM NOW..WHERE ARE YOU RICH!!??..has anyone recently ordered from them or is it just me with these problems!!

Have you seen the promises that they have on their web site !!?
Some guy from vidshop posts messages on here from time to time.
I've lost a few quid, which I'm gonna put down to experience - I only hope that other punters who were thinking of trying to purchase from them read these messages first !!!
If we get anymore complaints here I wonder if the BGAFD lads could remove their name from their list until they get their act together !!

please send me the details of what you are waiting for, also include the order number, the info@vidshop.nl does work, but it is not for sending the uk queries, the reason the e-mail said do not respond to the confirmation e-mail is because it creates even more delays for responding, when people send to more than one address it creates extra work, also when people keep e-mailing on the same problem it creates extra work , we have made no secret of the fact we have had difficulty handling the volume of e-mail.We are dealing with complaints .

Maybe if I can reach you it would be easier to sort it out, other than you posting all this here. We have held our hand up for the problems we have had, but I am not taking this, if you want to put things on a public board make sure you can back it up.Get in touch and it with a correct e-mail and we will sort it out, other people here have had problems resolved, main reason is I can e-mail them !.

i feel i must say my piece here, i ordered rocco:animal trainer
from vidshop and fair enough it didnt turn up, but as soon as they announced their new customer service centre, here i am with a shiny boxed copy.

Despite Vidshop sending me two of one DVD, they offered to replace it if I sent it back to them. I sent it back to them.
Then they emailed to let me know that my chosen replacement was out of stock and did I want to wait for it or did I want to order something else?
I chose two other DVD's and asked them to send me one of them if they were available for immediate despatch otherwise I would be happy to wait for my original choice.
Personally, I think they are in a touch situation and are handling it badly. I wont class them as a poor supplier becuase they have kept me in touch. The problem they have is that they have more demand then supply, which means punters are having to wait. What they should do is either remove the "guaranteed 14 day delivery" claim, which is clearly out of date... or they should update their website with a feature that lets punters know how long they will have to wait for each DVD.
Either that or they should stop supplying products from the studios that are having problems getting their stuff to them.
Remember Your Choice? The reason they are getting better comments is because they obviously only stock the products they know they can deliver on. This means a smaller range, sure, but I'd rather be confident of delivery.
