OK why do we have to go through this time after time. I believe in praise where it is due well the above award goes to AMANDA CHARLES FILMS. Good selection (a few new brit girls!) Good special offers, excellent delivery times (under 5 days!) and if they don't have it in stock they can get it for you. They respond to their e-mails etc. etc. I'm off there now to have a purchase. If you do order then mention me in your mail and ask for a discount (ha ha). I have no connection with the company, but have been shafted by crooks often enough to know when you find a good supplier you keep 'em going!
Adult eye candy are also rapid, but wysiwyg and they can't get extras.
As for Horny Harry, well would you want to wait a month for a vid to arrive only to discover its wrong and then they don't give a monkeys as long as they have your cash. Sorry lads truth hurts, don't fuck with the little people, combined we are an army of porn lovers!

I can endorse the comments on Amanda Charles and Adult Eye Candy, but in the interests of truth what you describe has not been my experience of HCC.

Many moons ago they seriously screwed me on a vid. I ordered a brit girl type thing and ended up with a brothers in the hood affair. I got a load of slaver off them about how the order was incorrect etc. Their attitude was shite. They may have cleaned up their act, but I have a long memory.

Dear Chuckster,

HCC are a Bona Fida adult movie company that has been trading for many years and we certainly don't "screw" our customers. If you were accidentally sent a movie other than the one you ordered, all you had to do would be to let us know and we would have sent you the correct one without quibble - but only if we had indeed sent you the wrong movie!

But since it appears you got some "slaver" I would suspect that it was your good self that ordered incorrectly (maybe put the wrong catalogue number down) All our customer?s orders are logged, so it's easy for us to check what you actually did order. Administrative errors on our part are highly unlikely in these cases, as the customer's order is checked by two independent members of staff, at different locations and if they both come to the same conclusion as to what you actually did order (Bros in the Hood, for instance) then that is pretty conclusive.

As to our staff members attitude, maybe they though you were trying it on, or pulling a fast one. We get it all the time, sad little individuals trying to get a video without paying. We soon rumble them, just cross reference our data with that of other companies we manage. I'm afraid it is annoying (hence the slaver) Not that they try to shaft us you understand, but that they do it for such insignificant gain. I'm not suggesting that these were your motives, cause I don't know the full details of your case. Just suggesting a reason that you may have encountered an attitude. But I should also point out that bona fida customers with legitimate grievances will always get a sympathetic ear from our lovely Rachel.
