French movie before 1992

I'm searching for a French movie about a man in a wheelchair who is impotent and send his blonde wife to several places to have sex with strangers. There was a second blonde girl in the movie. The title of the movie was i think a French maidenname.

I agree. This one was, btw, probably Guy Royer's last appearance on film.
