need title of a french film

Can anyone help ? I am looking for a french title which I saw late 70's.
I remember that the actress came in paris and received by Cyril Val
who supposedly was her uncle. He then somehow raped her by putting his finger into her ass. Doe anybody knows the title of this film ?
