"French Throat" ??

According to IMDb this is a French movie from 1975.

Is anyone familiar with it? Is it listed at EGAFD?

I think it's come up in the forum though I don't believe it's in the database.

Picture is an American assemblage, posing as a French import. I saw it at the Warner Theater in Morgantown, WV, in 1975 or 1976, and have a copy on VHS. There were two followups, French Heat and French Fantasies, which I saw a year or two later at the local hardcore drive-in but have not seen again since. VCA issued these on tape; I don't know if they're still available in VHS or DVD.

All three movies are very similar. They consist of loops, held together by narration from an American woman doing a fake French accent that would have seemed pretty corny in a high school play, and there's some tourist board footage between porn scenes. The credited director is Henri-Pierre Duval and the actresses are all made-up names (e.g., "Michele Cohn-Bendit"). Some, maybe all, of the loops are of Euro origin -- definitely the one of the woman in the fur kini playing cave man with a guy -- but the lesbian segment looks to me as if it might be US, and so does the last scene, an MFF encounter. In one of the later movies the narratress informs us that the actress we've just seen getting fucked is Antoinette Turquoise, the daughter of director Duval.

I don't remember Heat or Fantasies very well, but the loops in Throat are quite undistinguished. A woman with an unbecoming 60s 'do and too much makeup blows and fucks a guy in very CU, to an oral cum shot (stick around till the credits, as there are additional shots from the scene); 3 lesbians lick each others' pussies in what looks like a blowup from 8mm; a cave woman fucks a cave man; an extremely plain sandy-haired woman blows a guy in extreme CU, to an oral cum shot; and two hippie girls mess around with a guy, who fucks one and cums in the other's mouth, mostly in sub-par lighting.

It's also worth noting that the credits to these use the word 'directeur' for the director where a French movie would have said 'realis? par'. I can't speak about all of the footage used, but we don't list them because overall they are American pretending (not very well) to be French. From what I remember of some of the scenes they are almost POV, which gives no evidence of location, apart from the tourist stock footage mentioned
