Just discovered this excellent web site.

I ordered a couple of vids from vidshop a couple of weeks ago - am still waiting.

- e-mails are not being replied
- answermachine says mailbox is full

Have I been ripped off ??

I don't know what issues they are going through over at Vidshop, but I do feel for them. It's not just that they're messing up orders in favour of themselves, they are also messing it up in favour of, well, me!

Yes, today I got ANOTHER copy of a DVD I recently ordered from them. I have no idea why, they haven't charged me for it - they've just sent it. Why?

This duplicate order thing has happened once before. Yet again, I am returning another DVD Vidshop have sent twice.

Oops, please totally disregard that. I'm drowning in so much porn I don't know where it's all coming from!!!!

It is YOUR CHOICE who have today made the costly error of sending me a DVD without charging me for it.

A couple of weeks is not long even with a firm that has not been having problems - do a search on this forum for vidshop to get up to speed on the topic and you will dsicover that repeated e-mails are treated as spam.
