Bizzare Movie

I'm looking for this bizzare movie and can't remember the title of it.

It has a lot of completely different story lines. One story is a teenlike girl laying out in the sun in her yard- see's the ice cream man & goes to get an ice cream and he makes her pay for the ice cream with sex, another scene is where a guy has the devil fuck his girlfriend -almost horror comic book like- but not really. Came out around 2003/2004 in the USA
