Georgina Lempin film id help please.

Hello Gents
Can someone help id this Georgina Lempin film title from these three stills please. I have read that somebody refered to it as Hungarian Comedy???.
I think that maybe some of the video was shot on a ship/boat and on a balcony?.
Any help/clues would be very much appreciated.
