Girl 1 and 2 seem to be the same as in El Ojete de Lul? so one of them must be Mabel Esca?o?

Based on the billing, I took Escano to be the blonde, older woman who plays the Maria Rohm role in Franco's 1980 Eugenie remake. If that's so, she looks quite a bit like #4 in the Pitos collage, but not much like #1. Disclaimer: I have Eugenie on VHS, in Spanish, of which I don't understand a word, and I don't hear a character name for her. (IMDb says she plays "Alba de Rosa" in Eugenie.)

I wonder if this name is even correct or that there is more than 1 mabel escano, I found this thread with some screencaps and the woman here doesn't look anything like the ones in the Jess Franco films. I also have Polic?a (1987) on DVD for which Mabel Escano is credited and I don't see anyone resembling the screencaps above.

And why is there a (I) on here IMDb name, there doesn't seem to be a (II)

Also note there is no actual credit for Mabel Escano on these Jess Franco films. She is supposedly "Mela Chupen" for Ojete and "Sandra Pitosa" for Pitos. 2 Alias that only seem to be used for these Jess Franco films.
