German Teens ID from Magma or similar

Hi,

I have this clip (really bad quality) but I want to see it and tried to located all over the web with out any look. I posted some pictures from the clip that I have before but no look either.

If anyone can tell me the if it is really from Magma, the name of the movie, the name of the brunette girl or any information that point me in the right direction I will really apreciate it.
